I Need You I Need You was written because I wanted to write a song out of sheer simplicity to Christ about his place in my life. In the verses I sing, “For what I wish could be forever, here I am in Your arms.” While I wrote this song, I knew that my “feeling spritual” moment while writing the song would not last. Yes, it would come and go, but we can’t rely on our feelings to get us through life. We need Christ! Very basic. The only truth. |
